  4. Could it be State Banks trying to slow CBI policy?
  5. Iraq cannot afford the Kurds to secede. They will have to make good on what they agreed to give Kurdistan

Its quite interesting . I for one never knew ....
  7. I just don't know. To me it seems that anytime either someone groups consider important goes to jail , loses power , oil industry progress is made , or major changes for good seem possibly on the horizon . The enemies of Iraq last resort is to try and destabilize the country by any means . I say go forward for the good of all
  8. August 20, 2013 Finance Committee : CBI to apply mechanism to raise value of IQD prior to June 2014 ; The reliance on CBI monetary policy open . This was the headline of an article we ALL read last June . Regardless but also with respect to Mountain Goat or any other gurus intel on a coming date for an RV . My question is . This Mechanism the Finance Committee spoke of back in June of 2003. Is It the Release of the DFI funds ( The supposed 180 Billion dollars in the accounts for Infrastructure that Scooter once spoke of ) from Order 13033 .......To Me It Sure LOOKS LIKE IT !!!!!!
  9. I Hope that it is an old article . With the actions stated being implemented next week.............
  10. Iraq could retrieve all bonds issued at par oil export revenues achieved in just ten days .....How major is this statement anyone ?The last person of importance in Iraq that spoke of the words "on par" was Shabibi
  11. The ICC court that Baghdad filed their complaint against Kurdistan in is in France .
  12. That's an Excellent Program Note ! By taking shipments of oil from Turkey , pumped from Kurdistan. They are telling Baghdad it is time to do business. I believe they have already begun to receive other more forceful messages as well.
  13. A shipment of oil to either Italy or Germany perhaps both . 4 shipments to Isreal. 1 shipment to the United States ! In the past the US responded negatively to the Kurds when it came to them shipping oil without baghdads permission . Now we are one of the country's receiving their oil and without there permission! I see a message to Baghdad . It's time to ship oil ! And we don't care what court you go crying too . Your holding up progress !
  14. My question or perhaps opinion is . Turkey said they would not sale oil without baghdads permission . I'm sure other governments are aware of this also . Either there is an agreement or these countries taking oil shipments feel that Baghdad has been given long enough and these shipments are the beginning of countries siding with the Kurds in there desire to go it alone . Sort of like a message to Baghdad . Come to an agreement with Kurdistan !
  15. Perhaps it was signed late at night in the rose garden ?
  16. I hate to say it. I don't care who holds what position anymore. Just instate the reforms , laws and begin the new monetary policy
