Thanks Synopsis...The issue of Chapter 8 has a lot to do with the options available to the CBI...Has Iraq set the boundaries for Art.140 of the HCL????Has the UNSC cleared the quarter century sanctions of Chapter Vll???Iraq's close to having the CBI's hands untied by the UN...but there's no indicators that suggest the UN has untied that knot....jmho

....I'm really banking on...Iraq moving into Chapter 8 after the UNSC meeting...Not really sure 'when' the UNSC has Iraq scheduled for their sanctions reveiw...but it was released that Iraqi was put on the UNSC's agenda for review...The 25 year old sanctions are the only thing holding Iraq from Chapter 8...and the upcoming review can cut Iraq free of their sanctions...jmho

Thanks Yota...There's a new sheriff in town...Looking back over the past decade with Maliki trying to disrupt Iraq's transformation into a new economic era...while the US had obummer driving our economy off the deepend...bowing to the world telling them how sorry the US was suppose to be...bozo, killary and their gang of pedophiles are being exposed for decades of unfare trade practices that was harmful to the US economy...but very lucrative for politicians and their families...The present administration has an entirely different approach....The US government hasn't seen anything like it until now...There was so much corruption, abuse, blatant disregard for law and abandoned Constitutional rights routinely committed on a daily bases in both countries...that we aught to feel fortunate that obummer and Maliki didn't just hand both countries over to Iran...All these world politician/bankers that have been driving the world economies into the ditch for the past quarter century are now financial experts since Prez DJT started balancing out a fare trade plan for the American citizens...The problem is and has always been bankers and politicians that think they have so much more wisdom to use other people's money to do their own work...besides earning it and let the profits do their work...The objective is to let free enterprise in the private-sector support merging economies through equal trade...Yes the US has a lot of big cards that play as "Trump-Cards" on the world markets...There are going to be major shifts in world economies...I'd predict...right after Putin and Prez DJT have their powwow...It's an entirely different perspective when you have to earn something rather than it being given to you...and with the obummer administration...it was given on a silver platter with tax-payer's money...with the objective to line their pockets with gold....jmho
