TP ....This post out of you really surprises me....I am glad that you can see thru things and post as you did. I really don't feel that any of the Ron Paul supporters who post about him here have ever meant to come off as rude or ignorant in how they post. I got on board with RP because MOSTLY ALL of his ideas are what I think this country needs to get back on it's feet. Sure, I have heard about how he is against abortion or wants to cut defense spending. Well, I am also against abortion also but his views on this are not how he got my vote. Besides, Dr. Paul is not against abortion, he is against the decision being made in haste to take a life. Now as for the cuts in defense spending. I totally agree with this as many countries have said that they do not want our help because they want to handle it on their own. My thoughts on this are that it should have been this way from the start of time. Why do we meddle in other countries business when we should have been taking care of our own all along. Dr. Paul is for keeping our borders safe here at home and keeping our nose out of things unless we need to stick it in. I believe that the best thing Dr. Paul has in his corner is the fact that he didn't come up with all of his ideas and beliefs about this country just to try to win this election. What people fail to understand is that RP tried to get the lawmakers to understand what was happening to this country and what steps should be taken to stop the collapse......but none of them listened. He predicted all of this way back in the 80's and if you ask me, he must be a very smart man to have seen this coming. But NOBODY listened and most still are not listening.... My hope and IMO, the only hope for my children's future, is that RP somehow gets into office and gets this country rolling again. Should things go the other way, I guess I can deal with that also and will stand and fight for my country and my freedoms that are being taken away by the current regime. I am not gonna rant over the candidates anymore, all I could wish for is for you to please keep your eyes, ears and mind open this year and you will start to see all that they are implementing. Oh and keep your eyes on your savings, stocks and retirement savings also. If Pelosi has her way, all of the monies will be pooled and put into what she is calling a "RATIONED" SSI fund. Doesn't matter how much or for how long you have saved, everyone will get the same amount to live on. Oh, and don't forget the idea the gov. has with the whole digital currency thing. That is how they will get that One World Currency to pass....it's not a new type of currency, it's a new way to get and keep your currency. Such as the funds we get from the RV... Who wouldn't go for that idea if they told them how safe their money would be from burglars, muggers or internet fraud. From what I have read, it will be like a glorified debit card where your paycheck gets deposited (like direct deposit), what they fail to tell you is that if you don't conform to their way of life, your account gets shut off and you have no access to any funds. Just like they shut off your cable with a few keys on the computer, they will shut you down. Things are not gonna be pretty in this country with anyone leading it but Paul. I hope that everyone who does not give him their vote will be able to live with what goes on after the new person takes office or the other one stays for the chance of another 4 years of hell.... I for one will sleep soundly at night knowing that I tried and if I don't sleep, it will be for other reasons than what my vote did to the country. Bama....I was sooooo glad to see the site come back up too. I was having a serious anxiety attack.....lol. I log on first thing around 6am and when it came up with an error, I went to CBI and found the rate to be the same but in the back of my mind, I couldn't help but think.....what if someone knows something before the CBI site refreshes....lol. IMO....the New World Order (Same currency for all) is simply what they will call this new digital currency. They will sell it to everyone by telling them that it is safer to have digital currency on a debit card per say....than to have any type of physical cash. I'm a risk taker who went into this investment even after my husband forbid me too. It was money I had before he came along so I invested in a future dream. To this day, he still makes comments about how "STUPID" the people are who told us about the dinar and they invested quite a bit of money themselves. I will SO revel in the day when this baby pops because I plan to pay off every bit of debt we have (which isn't much) and then I'm going Hummer shopping....I can't wait to see the look on his face when I pull into the driveway with my brand new shiny H2. This article says it was posted in January, but my son has a current event tracker app on his phone that sends news as it breaks. Well, I happen to believe that the American people show SUPPORT where SUPPORT is DUE and obviously it isn't in the case of the ELECTED official who by the way, shot in under the radar to run this country with promises of CHANGE!!!!! Those who chose to vote him into office (I'm not one thank the lord), or some of which, have realized that they made a mistake. I believe we still have FREEDOM OF SPEECH under this ELECTED OFFICIAL, at least for now but not for long should he get the chance at another four years of CHANGE!!! Do you REALLY believe that some of us care how we are viewed by other countries?? The point is that we need someone in office who can make the changes needed to get OUR country back on it's feet and STOP changing the damn CONSTITUTION to suit their needs!!!!! This is wonderful news....For anyone who has never seen this disease in action, I can tell you that it is the worst thing I have ever seen in my life. My grandfather was diagnosed with this in 2008 at the age of 87 and I stepped up (due to lack of willingness from their children) to take on the daily care of him and my grandmother (he was caring for her since a massive stroke in 1999), his disease progressed so fast it was unreal. I found myself going from grand daughter to their parent in a matter of months. I could never express what it was like for him to be trapped in his body as he was, but I can tell you how this made me feel to watch him deteriorate to the point of throwing his false teeth, wearing his glasses upside down and hollering about everything all night long. My grandparents raised me when my mother dropped me off at their house. My papa was in essence, not only my father, he was my rock and the strongest man I ever knew. This disease tore him down a little bit each day until he was in diapers and I weighed in at 130 down from 245 in a matter of months. For two weeks straight at one point, he would walk the house with his walker all day with a big smile on his face, he didn't sit down for one minute, even to eat his meals. He instead, did what I called drive by's for a drink of coffee or a bite of toast. When I asked him to sit and rest for a bit, his response was, " Meme, I can't sit down or I will die!" Soon after this, he forgot how to walk or stand and I would lift him everywhere and even kept him in his own bed to sleep with his wife of 69 years. Despite the work involved, I still got him up everyday even though he no longer remembered how to even sit up straight, I would prop him in his chair as you would a baby. My ROCK was becoming a lump of mush who at night, would talk to his dead siblings and talk about things that had happened in his lifetime. For his safety, I slept on a cot at the end of his bed so that he would not wander without my knowledge. When the disease progressed even more, we put him in a hospital bed to ward off pressure sores. The morning he passed away, he had what they call the "calm before the storm" and it was then that I was able to talk with him to let him know how much I loved him and that it was okay for him to go with God because I would make sure gram was okay. This period of alertness only lasted a short time but in that time, I was able to get his wife up to sit at his bedside and hold his hand even though she didn't truly understand what was happening to him. She watched as the love of her life started to struggle to breathe but kept his eyes on her the whole time, I stoked his forehead and kept him comfortable with his oxygen as he prepared to leave this world. At the final moment, when he took his last breath, the tears flowed from his eyes like someone had turned on a faucet. I have asked many medical professionals if this is normal and not one has ever heard of the tears flowing at that time. My belief is that he loved my grandmother and life so much, he was just not ready to leave. Although I miss my ROCK daily, I am so happy that he was called to Heaven so that his suffering could end. Sorry, didn't mean to ramble on. I hope that no one has to endure this, but it is a reality. There are too many people who are so quick to drop their loved ones off in a home because they refuse to care for them and keep them in their own familiar surroundings until they pass. I am on my second term as caregiver in this aspect as my grandma has now started the last stage of Dementia/Alzheimers. Sure, I could give up and drop her off so I don't have to go thru this again. But for as long as I can care for her here at home, she will never know another way of life. Just something to think about!!! I hope they continue with this research so that no one has to be a burden to their family or at least feel like they are. I know I sure don't ever want my kids to go thru what I have, as I have been a part-time caregiver for 10 years with them and full time 24/7 for the last 3 years. I was once very social with many friends and now have only one or two, my marriage of two years at the time this started has basically been put on hold, even my kids have suffered with my having to move in with my grandparents. He is still there today and that says something for his ability and integrity. But on second thought, they (Israel) have openly told us (the US) to stay out of their affairs because they can handle themselves just fine. This was on national television. Just like Crappie stated in the post below....So if you are told to stay the hay bales out of another countries business, that is what we should do instead of trying to be the damn hero at the cost of billions of dollars and the unnecessary loss of lives of our servicemen and women. Why are RP's policies so hard to understand when they should be simple???? Could it possibly be that the understanding has been lost because many of the past Presidents sent in troops like the raging bulls to make them out to be heroes? I think that may be it!!! Sadly, many of those who still don't see what is happening in this country, will quite possibly have to figure it out is after it is too late. I didn't take what you posted as being obnoxious in the least and if people took the time to look up each fact you stated, they would more than likely not feel that way either. Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate who scares the hell out of the government because they know he will EXPOSE all the inside corruption that has been going on for years. Those sheeple who don't like what he stands for, are those who tend to pick out one issue that they do not agree with and base their opinion on that alone. They really need to weigh out the pros and cons for themselves and then if they still can't figure it out, I guess we can pray for them when the BOOM hits and the smoke clears....
