lol. The reason they believe it's going to Lop is because history and facts lead them to that conclusion... not because they are trying to be negative or depressing. It makes perfect sense for them to Lop in my opinion. I just don't believe a word the CBI is saying and am counting on US and Iraq's corrupt government official's intention on making money any way they can. If I'm wrong and the CBI is telling the truth... I think there is a very good chance Maliki will weasel his way out of a Lop... if possible. Maliki is our wild card.

I'm willing to bet they have sat down with him and discussed this multiple times throughout the years. They've probably heard the same BS over and over again from Maliki that they refuse to even listen to it any longer. Maliki is Iraq's Guru.

There's been a few articles come out explaining a Lop in just as much detail, and then named several other countries (turkey, spain, russia) as examples. (all which were Lops). But you're right, noone knows for sure and I'm not going to pretend I completely know what I'm talking about... :x. I'm in this for better or worse, Lop or RV, war/peace, etc.

This is nothing we haven't been reading for years... I don't see why this article should scare you now and not back then.

I just sold my truck, pawned my wedding ring, and put my children down as collateral to a gangster to pay for my 10% lay away deposit due to this intel. Out of every single piece of intel (100%) that has been proven wrong from Gurus time and time again; I'm pretty positive that surely... this is correct. Definately maybe this time. I like my odds.

Dinar lay-away deposits... free money to dinar dealers... Buy 1 million dinar for $1,000, or pay 10% and reserve your million at the current rate. If it revalues within 30 days then you pay the remaining 90% of your $1,000 purchase and get your profit... but if your don't pay off your 90% within 30 days you lose your 10% investment. If you notice, alot of these dealers are changing up their lay away offers to make it more enticing. I know people personally that were spending thousands of dollars on just lay away deposits because of BS intel from Gurus. Buy your hard currency and put it in your closet until whatever happens... happens. Forget about lay-away.

I wish it was that easy! There's no way the CBI would come out and tell everyone in detail that there will be a revaluation on their currency... could you imagine the insane demand on the currency and chaos that would ensue? It's like a casino telling the house which machine is about to hit on a jack pot. I will mention though, some of the articles do mention countries like Turkey, Russia, and Spain who clearly "lopped zeros" from their currency indicating a more negative outcome for our investment. This is thought by some to be "smoke and mirrors" which is just lies to keep investors at bay. :x

That is the million dollar question! Just an FYI, this is a sensitive subject and will no doubt lead to a heated discussion which will end in the closing of this thread. I'll give you a quick answer to avoid any negative comments (quick and dirty). 2 different sets of opinions on "deletion of 3 zeros" The "face" or "nominal?" value of the currency is .00086 to the US dollar. The people who believe this article is a positive one for this investment claim their interpretation is deleting zeros off the .00086 and making the value .86. Which will give you close to a 1 to 1 exchange for your dinar. A nice profit to your investment. The second interpretation of the "deletion of 3 zeros" or "LOP", is basically to take your $25,000 note, and delete the zeros of the currency which will make your 25k note.... $25. In this situation you will just break even (minus any bank fees). I suggest you read the articles, research details, and take every opinion as it is... an opinion. The LOP section has a ton of opinions on both sides to the articles and is full of information.

You don't deserve to get negged for speaking the truth. You're right; sometimes its totally embarrassing to be in this investment due to the BS. I use to tell friends I was in this investment and explain the situation to them in case they wanted to take a chance... now I will deny it or avoid the subject if someone asks.
