  1. Adam are you sure? The Dominican Republic? I can think of one word - HURRICANES. It only takes one to ruin everything. Plus, it is not good to live on any island. I like Ecuador though. Just saying.
  2. "biweekly" means once every two weeks AND twice a week.
  3. Hehehe I agree with you Adam about Scott Walker. He needs Rogaine for that monkey butt! But I have a dark prediction for the next President-- Obama will be in charge after he declares martial law just before the elections.
  4. Hi Adam, season's greetings and thanks for all you do. My question is, in the idea of a float theory, won't the mega rich people and conglomerates just buy up the dinar at .10 cents and own the country so to speak?
  5. This is why we live in the Valley of the Sun!!
  6. We agree with you as well Adam, although you were using kid gloves hehehe. Read IRAQI NEWS and IRAQI BUSINESS NEWS our fellow dinarians and you will see Iraq in a new light. DO NOT only read the American/Western media!! As for Baghdad, how can 3 or 30,300,3,000 or even 30,000 ISIS combatants overrun a city of around almost 9 MILLION??? It doesn't add up! Please endeavor to get a balance of info.
  7. Thank you for reminding us of those life giving and soul nourishing words from our God, the LORD Jesus Christ. He is truly amazing and I thank Him each day that He allows me to get up and experience Him!
  8. Please do not ignore the numbers. Numbers don't lie. It is said that there are 35,000 plus IS operatives that control an area the size of Indiana. They can't all be around Baghdad. So how can a few hundred or even thousand IS overtake a city of almost 9 MILLON ??? It's just not possible and is more disinformation my fellow dinarians. I see it as a precurser to our investments coming to maturity.
  9. I've seen articles that Maliki purchased a home in the London, England area within the last year. I don't really wanna see Maliki killed although I concede to your solid theory on nut jobs like these guys. I would say to Maliki "Don't go away mad, just go away!"
  10. Don't worry about Baghdad falling. IS doesn't have the numbers to overrun this city. They have what, 4,000 to 10,000 in their forces? Baghdad is a city that has 7 to 9 MILLION people. So I don't think it's gonna happen,...
  11. Iraqi News has reported this morning that Maliki will not seek a 3rd term. He states political pressure as the reason for his decision.
  12. Unfortunately, there is no "owner's manual" for this particular investment, as all previous currency reforms have been unique to themselves. It is naturally easier for us as humans to slip into the negative of anything. I'm just trying to stay positive and be encouraging for others.
  13. I seem to remember that in the past Adam has stated that before an RV happens, a major event or events could happen in Iraq to distract the masses. Stay frosty my fellow dinarians, and don't just listen to the western media! Check out Iraqi News and even Iraq Business News for more well rounded coverage about the situation.
  14. It is important for Turki to improve the value of the Iraqi Dinar because he is planing to bring the ISX online globally on July 1st, 2014. It would be optimal to have an internationally traded currency to go with an international stock market. It is that simple.
  15. Iraq is not so limited as it may seem. Eventually Iraq will base the dinar not only on oil and natural gas reserves, but gold as well. Not even China bases their currency on gold. It has a Fiat currency as well as every other world currency. Check out the Weimar Republic in the 1920s. With their currency based on the Fiat system, it eventually took a wheelbarrow full of Marks just to buy a loaf of bread! People were using the Marks as wallpaper as well. This will happen to EVERY currency that is based on the Fiat system. The Dinar which will be based on real assets will be the only currency left standing. There will be no choice but to use the Dinar worldwide. This is my opinion.
  16. I agree with lgd. In fact I personally believe the Iraqi Dinar will eventually be the next reserve world currency after the U.S. Dollar collapses due to the Fiat system it has followed since 1971...
  17. It seems that our investments in the Iraqi Dinar is just the tip of the iceberg. For those who wish to be "stupid rich" the true investment is in the country of Iraq itself. Who wants to be the next Bill Gates, Carl Ichan, or Oprah Winfrey? My response is, "Where does the line form for that?" Right here....
  18. Maybe this will light a fire under their sandals....
  19. FirstTop, I'm on yahoo safari and I just type in "iraqi news" and after hitting search, and about 4 headlines down, you should see "Iraq news, the latest Iraq news by Iraqi News" and click on that. It is a nicely arranged news site with different categories for you to choose from. I have found this site very helpful in giving what I perceive to be accurate news about Iraq. I hope you all enjoy.
  20. To help supplement the weekly chats, I suggest checking out the Iraqi News site. For those here who don't know about this site, it appears to give a more well rounded view of what's going on in Iraq. For instance, it was recently reported that ALL of Iraq has electrical power available. Now the power companies there are trying to keep it on 24/7. This is good for the banking system there I would think! Not to mention other areas that would benefit from a constant source of electricity. THIS is good news. Just my two cents.
  21. It is, in my opinion, too late to save The United States of America. Get out of her while you still can.
  22. A great article! I also receive IL info and there are many articles about living in Ecuador and Costa Rica as well. These articles are helpful for those who wish to consider living abroad.
  23. Hi adam, this is my first post since I got into this opportunity in February 2011. No questions, just a statement that I really appreciate all that you have done and continue to do for this site!! My 2 cents,...maybe Iraq was taken by surprise by the lifting of the Chapter 7 sanctions??? I wonder this because there is a flurry of activity in Iraq that shows me that the citizens there want certain things to be in place before they "pop" this thing,...which is very good for us all. The longer something is prepared and cooked,...the better it tastes. Just my observations,....
