Within Iraq people cannot be paid at some rate as there one dinar can only be worth one dinar; not more, not less. If/when the value of the dinar changes, the people in Iraq will notice the change from a radical decreasing of zeros on the price tags.

Really strange idea that a currency could have a different value in some specific city. Where can I find the different rates for GBP or EUR in Dallas and Boston?
