IN MY OPINION (for the neg people) I believe they put the new tariff laws in place, so when they change the value of the dinar in the next few days, they will start right away making more money. Think about it. That's what banks do. You know when you go borrow money you will pay interest . The rule is already in place. Again IMO We are so close. Go RI/RV

Actually it was supposed to happen in 2009 and it didn't. That's a blessing for all of us that arrived in this opportunity after 2009. I think we should take a more positive attitude and be thankful we are part of this blessing.

It seems to me that publishing the 2015 budget in the gazette is a major step towards what we want. I would think we IF they do this we would need a rate prior to publishing the budget. What good is a budget with no value to the currency? Let's all stay positive. Our blessing is close!
