Wow this is fantastic news. While I have not read all the comments so far: the visa cards indeed will be a boom to the local iraqi economy giving people instant access to their revalued dinar, all the while starting the removal of the over abundance of IQD paper from the local economy. Further directing the country into a modern national and international banking system; like from the start. Something that must be done. Something that will only shore up the realistic value of the revalued dinar. Also starting the worldwide flow of cash into the Iraqi economy, from the outside. You will be taxed on what you cash in. If you gift it to a friend they will be taxed on it at their personal tax rate when they cash it in. Keep in mind they may have to tell the powers that you gave it to them prior to the rv. Just keep in mind the amount you paid for it for a cost basis. Locate a estate attorney that will set up a nevada corp for you, and a trust, and provide you with other tax saving and money management advice. Also obtain a CPA and a Certified Financial Planner and coordinate their advice with the Estate Attorney so you can have some confidence that they each worked to get you what you wanted. Basically we need to get a cfp certified financial planner, a estate planning attorney who is a member of the wealth counsel ( www.wealthcounsel.com ) , and a cpa. Make sure each member of your team realizes that they need to work for your maximum benefit planning for retirement, college for children, income benefits for you, et, and not just the usual package they use for their clients. By the way the cfp should not be commissioned based . Think about forming a nevada corporation. Today 1/6/11, on another well thought of dinar site, don't promote other sites's tidbots, there was a question regarding the rumor that according to the new usa tax laws that any foreign currancy of a non-sovereign nation bought as an investment, that profits here will only be taxed at 7 or 9 percent.. Do any of the dinarvet experts know if this is accurate or not?

There is so much wonderful info on this VIP site. I thank God for reminding me I had a tiny stash of $$ to sign up for six months. Life is busy, not enuf time in the day to research, go to work and spend time with the kids. I now have 2 pieces of the puzzle: 1. A CPA. 2. An Estate Planning Attorney.
