This was definitely no accident, I spoke twice to a woman at the bank, the first time i was told to call back in thirty minutes so they can confirm, when I did call back, the woman was so sure after I kept questioning was it a live rate that she explained to me to open an account to convert my Dinars to KWD and then they could wire the $USD to where ever I wished.....There's no doubt in my mind that this was no coincidence or mistake, something was happening behind closed doors!

I got through twice, first time told to call back in 30 minutes, afterwords she did the conversion for me, told me I could open an account after converting to KWD then transfer US dollars anywhere I wish......Peace!

I am a contractor here in Iraq for the past 4.5 yrs and of course you can buy Dinars at your local finance, for me its a limited amount, every time I leave country for vacation I have a security brief as part of the SOFA agreement with Iraq and they clearly tell us we cannot take their currency out of country, I would love to see this person go through the Baghdad airport and show them that million dinar and see how far he gets with it, I can assure you will not take it out of that airport without smuggling it like we do....try it buddy and get back with me!!!!

The Ministry said that it is planning to open other branches abroad. Iraq Minister of Finance, Baker Jaber Al Zubaidi told Alsumaria News on the sidelines of the Bank opening that the Bank was inaugurated in the Green Zone in Baghdad in order to offer its services to the Embassies in the region and for Arab and Foreign investors in order to transfer their money from Iraq and to wards it. The Banks’ capital is of 500 million US dollars, he uttered.

You are correct, That was my translators opinion about the rate, it wasn't mentioned in the segment, just the value will go up, secondly he also stated that prices for goods in Iraq are on the or have risen and all Iraqis are currently using US dollars to purchase and that is in the segment......Thanks!

I just had my Iraqi subcontractor translate the TV segment and to my surprise, after watching the segment here in my office he stated exactly what the guru's have been saying, the three zero's on the larger denominations will be removed and the smaller denominations will be put in circulation and that everything is a done deal, the only thing that's holding this process up is the government to give the green light and for security measures to be put in place, they stated the value will go up and the currency will be put on the world market, I asked what he thinks the value will be and he stated that it will be close to to Kuwait Dinar, PEOPLE, IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE THIS TO BE TRUE, GO BACK TO MY PREVIOUS POST, GET YOU A TRANSLATOR AND ENJOY WHAT IS BEING SAID!!!!!!
