Removing the national oil law.... Is it a gift to the US in exchange for their help in fighting ISIS.

I have to desagree with Adam on the price of oil. I dont see it going above 55$. All over the world there is no inflation and the economy is stalled. In fact we are now in deflation with the QE that is being done in EU, JPY and soon in GBP. The production cost are getting lower and unless an oil cartel from (US, middle-east) agrees with oil quota we will have more oil than we can consume. Oil above 55 will not happens unless there is an all out war in the middle east.

Adam, when you say this: You know what it is... HCL. So the question at this point is "Will the HCL ever happen"? Well, consider one thing... the price of oil. Has the price of oil changed, or are we seeing a major reason for it to? Not really. And I don't think this is a coincedence, but there's also been a distinct lack of discussion on the HCL lately as well. When oil starts moving again, then HCL will ramp back up, and that's what I'm keyed in on right now. Then you've got me concerned cause I dont see how oil price could move up in any significant manner. Too much worldwide production and worldwide economy is stalling. Even if the economy were to pick up I see the price of oil being between 30 and 45$ at most. There is just to much oil production at the time. I just hope we are not waiting for oil price to be over 70$ for an HCL and/or an RV. It would really bring me to a point to test my patience. Thanks for all the info Adam.

I dont see oil prices going up. Even if OPEC stop production there is enough oil from from other countries like Canada and US to cover the that. There is an over capacity at the moment. Oil look a lot like Nat Gaz some years ago. and people were saying it as to go up but it never did. The economy is stagnant and will be for another 10 years unless there is a mojot war in the middle east than its going to be fear more than capacity that would move oil price up

Concerning Iraqi bond offering. If I understand correctly, Iraq has removed this offering because of lack of interest from the international community. If there is a lack of interest for bonds, how can IQD new value will be sustained? Dont think Iraq will be able to sustain the value on their own. Would the international community sustain IQD but not bond from Iraq?

How can they sustain a new rate when they were not able to sell their bonds?

I dont know how many IQD theFBI have confiscated but I wonder what will they do if it RVed while they have them in their possession. Its one thing to request refund for millions, its another things to requests the same refund when its worth billions. this shows one more reason for OSI. Goverment cant take control of money that you dont have in ur bank account
