Can someone explain to me what a 'prosperity package' is and what it does?

No differance in the tax rate between this year and 2011. As for myself, I'm going to have my CPA estamate the amount of taxes which I will owe and set that amount aside in an interest bearing account of some sort. Even at 1% interest, it'll add up and will be in safe keeping until April 15, 2012, when my taxes will be due. RV Already!!!

They called him 'Mr Banker' as they shouted questions in his direction. He replied, " ...'he', meanig the ambassador, has given you all the answers"... and smiled. RV Already!!!

I was excite about what might happen with tomorrows UNSC meeting at the UN until I saw the GOI was offically being announced on Fox News a fews hours ago. ....
