Well that's a bit harsh. Maynard

tjfoz: Please return your propeller beanie immediately. Why are you in this investment, for crissakes? Shouldn't you be starting websites and serving the public interest at exposing this 'ponsi scheme?' Isn't there a LOP site you can serve this drivel at? M

So I thought Okie and the rest of his full frontal lobotomy boys were going Dark? Who the hell told 'em to lighten up? Maynard

Night's a good guy. You might not agree with his conclusions, but he tries to work the facts - so get off him. Maynard

WHINERS
Maynard57 replied to wavggg's topic in Opinions, Perspectives, and Your Two Cents on the Iraqi Dinar
I say, lets just "shoot 'em in the back!" cheers, Maynard -
I can't believe this post came from GET team. Its very good. The article is significant, as it is representative of the increasing number of references to relative value of their currency on an international scale and amongst other middle eastern countries. I find it pretty encouraging. M

You're right of course. But, I've been on Dinar Vets since well before the Spanish-American War, and this kind of comment is now at the point of just restating the flagrantly obvious. He is shameless, he's a pathological liar, a greaseball, a total deuce, and a big fat dummy. If you have a hyperspace button on your particular keyboard, hit that when you see a Okie post come up. We're in real good shape with the IQD. Hang on with Adam. He's not warm and fuzzy, but he's not inclined to lie to you. ANd there will be justice. One day I will hunt Okie down and the next morning he will find a great big fat mouse in his milk! Maynard G. Crebbs. Dobie's buddy, who has a dad that is gonna "kill that boy"

Strong CurrencyA currency when it is worth more relative to other currencies. Because most currencies are floating, their values vary according to market trends. When one unit of a currency trades for more units of another currency, it is known as a strong currency. When a currency is strong, travelers are able to go abroad while spending less of their money, but it makes exports more expensive in other countries. A strong currency can be disinflationary for currencies pegged to it. See also: Weak currency, Exchange rate.Farlex Financial Dictionary. © 2009 Farlex, Inc. All Rights Reserved

Iraq Power Plants = $6.25 Billion
Maynard57 replied to George Hayduke's topic in Iraq & Dinar Related News
George: Do you have a link for this article. I've seen it posted elsewhere without the reference to March 27, so I want to see where it originated. Maynard -
But they're delivered in handy little plastic pouches, that's the important thing. M

Very interesting stuff in there, Igrahm. And I'm kind of likin' Frank's position on the 21Billion bucks being paid, and paid by US more and more. It seems a no brainer that Iraq has to pay the dough they owe to Kuwait. Chapter 7 to my understanding isn't gonna happen until its paid. And I would be surprised if failure to pay could cause problems in the accession app with the WTO. Kuwait was "raped before the world" as Frank say, and has had Iraq by the political cajones given the immense world sympathies for them as victims of Sadaam. Why NOT just pay 'em. May them now, mitigate the leverage Kuwait has on them, and proceed to Ch. 7 and WTO. You have to do it anyway, why not now? It is said they haven't paid because they don't have the money? What about all that other money formerly gone missing but not found by the Iraqi gov't. What about all those unaccounted for billions in the DFI? Maybe that money got found and used to pay off Kuwait? They're ultimately gonna get the DFI funds back so they'd have to apply it to the Kuwait debt anyway. Maybe the US just did it for them? Frank's theory is very possible regardless what the news says, IMO. Maynard

Candidate Security Ministries Settled Tonight
Maynard57 replied to VIZIOIRAQI's topic in Iraq & Dinar Related News
I think Jaafari is gonna just lock 'em all in his panic room until they pony up a security minister. Maynard -
Thanks for the post Ron. But I'm gonna have to come back and try later. I just couldn't read that one. Maynard

3 weeks, is that right? OK, here's your break: enter "bondlady" in the search box on this very site. Geez, get a grip. M

Thanks for the BondLady post. She does a TREMENDOUS amount of research on this investment which she has generously been willing to share quite often. I consider her opinions worth considering, whether one agrees with them or not. Maynard

haymon: I had that problem and couldn't get any reply when I emailed them through comcast.net from my home computer. I went to my office and emailed them using a different email server and got a reply right away. I read from other Warka customers that some internet services simply have trouble. And hence, email them from another machine and see if that does it. Maynard
