The Oil Minister Ali Jabbar Allaibi while attending the inauguration ceremony , according to a ministry statement agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of it , " the ministry 's keenness to develop all border fields and optimal investment for it." 
He added Allaibi, " The ministry has developed a plan to develop these fields , whether national effort or through contracting and cooperation with international companies, praising the national effort in contributing to the actors by the Basra oil and the Iraqi Drilling Company and others."
