bigwave
He was doing pretty good for me too until he put the back into the pot. That the best part, IMHO.
Sage449
Bigwave, agree, what he left on the carcass is a travesty. And picking at the back, yum. :^)
moose 57
He is using it for stock=flavor!
Sage449
Yes for stock and can get as much flavor without all the good stuff he left on it. :^} Happy T day moose.
Barbara020548
I have been a widow since 2010. When my husband was alive he BELIEVED in sharp knives and a precision carved turkey. It was carving at its finest. However now, it just me, the turkey, the knife, so I tell my beloved family to be happy and blessed, that they get a piece of meat, no matter what the skill of the carver. HAVE HAPPY, BLESSED AND GOOD THANKSGIVINGS!

Xtaxguy
The only good stuffing is what is cooked IN the bird. It's called "stuffing" for a reason. When he showed that empty bird, I was sure this was a gag and he was going stick a hand grenade in it. So disappointed....

jg1
Nice cutting job, but just make sure the turkey is cooked, unlike the one he is showing. Thats going get you sick for sure.
