Heading today to Qatar to coordinate the fight «Daash» 
 BAGHDAD - morning 
heading president Fuad Masum, Wednesday, to Qatar to discuss bilateral coordination in the fight against Daash, after honest Tuesday, the current year's budget.

She Alhajm's ( IMN ), said that "this year's budget to maintain longer operational only, and will not clog the only staff salaries, which is very regulated." Noting that "this year's budget does not include the referral of new projects, but also to bridge the shortfall in the 2014 draft."

 

And showed "We are waiting instructions of the Ministry of Finance, because we have not received so far this year's budget." Pointing out that "the budget opaque to all the provinces, we reflect on the high price of a barrel of oil, in order to issue a supplementary budget raises the proportion of the shortfall in the budget to maintain and fill the needs of citizens."

 

It is noteworthy that the President Fuad Masum honest, on Tuesday, the federal budget for the current year the law, after they are received yesterday from the House of Representatives.

Ok, so now the budget is signed, approved by all the whoop-ti- dooos and is headed for the Gazette. :bravo:   Is not the budget passed every year ???? yes it is but never this quickly. Does it mean the revalue is imminent ???? Some may think it is, others are skeptical. I'm in the camp that if it happens it will and if it doesn't it won't. I believe there are too many unanswered questions and too much turmoil to speculate that the RV is upon us.  :shrug:   One always has to remember that this is in fact how Iraq operates. Time will tell. :twocents:
