All of Maliki's diversion statements and his classic transference of blame are bonafide symptoms of severe mental illness.

God in heaven, I pray that this damned demon does not beat the rap because of his mental illness.

Hopefully the Iraqi judicial system can prove that Maliki committed all his heinous atrocities with malice and premeditation.
