I see what both Walker and PP see. Currently it is up to 1176, but the "glitch" you are referring to is in the history trend record.

I am not getting my hopes up this time on another glitch. I will wait.....not so patiently! :D

It's not a timed pay-out that is testing the system. They wouldn't have posted a legitimate exchange rate sync with the system if they were testing it and timed out a hypothetical trade or pay-out. So yeah...

That's very odd....I see it too. Click on the histories link on the left of the page and go to the bottom underneath the graph, it gives 39 IQD to the dollar for mon. Aug.8th,2011. Then goes back to 1100's for 8th as well. I am not smart enough to understand this one.

In short, nothing... at least, nothing really much at all.

Like Randalln said, they MAY be testing the system, I'll agree to that, but they didn't do a timed exchange rate pay-out, otherwise it wouldn't have posted like that. They did an on-the-spot change that got recorded by the system at that moment, but it wasn't open long enough for anyone to actually trade it at that rate.

I wouldn't get too excited about this, it is nothing. Nothing has changed on any of the other FOREX sites and certainly not at the CBI, where it will post first. Keep in mind that Iraq still doesn't have their ducks in a row and very important things still need to be taken care of before we ever see an RV. So don't get sucked in to thinking this is some big move to test the system. If that were the case, then they would be testing all systems, right? To be sure they are all in sync according to a certain someone. Yeah Ok....
