from what i understood the raising of the 3 zeros would mean that 1 IQD = $0.00086 so if they raised that 3 zeros, it would leave us at 1 IQD = $0.86 right? maybe that is their 1st part of their RV, loppers stop getting ur hard on's NO LOP!!!!!!!

Nope, not likely! It would destroy them economically. They want trade and a valued currency. If they redenominate it pulls the bottom out underneath their current situation.

If how ever they do honor their current dollar value and simply RV as they had done 3 times already since it has been on published, it will strengthen their economy and viable trading.

Ok if someone can post a link or explain this to me cause this is the one thing that kinda keeps me between the LOP, and the revalue. If they LOP there currency it gains no extra value even if they raise the exchange rate right? If they did let the exchange rate rise that just helps with trading with other countries right?

It means "removing the zeros (meaning the bills with extra zeros)" from the local currency. LOCAL. And removing! Meaning taking out, or siphoning out of circulation. They will not be changing their currency cosmetically or in practice, only in value through exchange rate adjustments based on their different economy now.
