Stamp
Try checking the exchange rate of other countries. i checked 1 USD against Malaysia Ringgit MYR; rate was 1 USD = 3.80 MYR, which was the rate when the Ringgit was pegged against USD, a few years ago. Current rate is 1 USD = 3.05 MYR based on http://www.xe.com/. Something is not right with the foreign exchange rate of website.

Interesting theory as I know the data was in the table so a data link would have had to have been compromised. As for the Jordan site, that is just old, unregistered software pulling data through a site called aquarius.com with a static converter (data is static).
