So IF Iraq came out at .35 they would be starting at .08 HIGHER than the worlds number one oil producer.

Also UAE, and Qutar are also .27

Any idea what Japan is at? How about .02 cents!

Using logic, I think it would look something like this (if the exchange rate listed were actually correct, which I doubt it is).

1 kwd = .281 US

1 kwd = .1 iqd

.1 iqd = .281 US

1 iqd = 2.81 US

First of all, you did not hear me say that I would NOT take a .35 rate..

Second, there is a reason why the IQD can and may very well be near the KWD...

Third, there is a reason why the Saudi is at or near .27...
