True. Dinar is one of the hardest paper to counterfeit. I am with you on that. It's easier to print $100 bill on an ink jet than the Dinar. I learn that from American Greeds. Since Rothschild is in control of both situations, they will want both money to be powerful. Increasing the value of dinar is has always been a plan but there are just too many issues to resolve first. Here are some I can see. IN ORDER FOR THE RV TO HAPPEN..Dinar Revaluing is tied to the U.S $... 1.You know that our DOLLARS are backed up nothing but debts or credits. The $ is losing it's value against major currencies. US may have to come up with a new currency (Certified Treasury Bills) which is backed by gold and silver, we spend what we have this way we minimize our debts. This would be the true value of our money. 2-The U.S has $1.8 trillion in paper currency and $8.xx trilion in digital currency not enough to pay off the RV event if the rate was small (we know that there were 27 tril dinars printed) I am not saying that everyone will cash out and take paper currency. 3. Iraq is thinking of borrowing some money from the IMF. Iraq has no money to pay for the RV right away. I think the RV need to happen with this year before the 50k troop is pulled out. Iraq need to have money power. Without money power they will not be able to afford man power to protect and rebuilt the country. To make RV happen in a timely manor the U.S and Iraq need to coordinate smoothly. I think the meeting of Hillarious Clinton and our 260 ambassadors has something to do with the money problem. Before the war the dinar was valued at $3.22 per Dinar...The oil did not go anywhere...why won't it become valuable again one day? ask yourself this question. Everytime a country goes through war the money is devalued artificially. While the country goes through restructuring, the money can only worth as much a domino money. Finally RV will not happen over night. Just hang on tight. If you have worry so much about Dinar, maybe you bought too much and should start selling some back to Ali to ease some of your fear. This is a legitimate question, to get a straight answer you should ask Ali himself. He will get back to you. You may get a variety of anwer here. My opinion is that: He is like a bank and has set aside so many millions to satisfy cashing in for just maybe the first 7-10 days. As soon his dinars get funded by CBI then the cycle starts again. So he will never run out of $. In the process of buying back dinars he is setting a buy in rate and makes good spread. This article does not really mention any plan for Dinar or RV. It is all about U.S plan for Iraq in the future. our support in troop is being reduced as well as the amount of money we have been pouring into this country. The whole war costs us some 750 Billion Dollars, our new cost would be be about 6 billion per year,,,it's getting better. I believe that the RV will happen way before we are totally out of Iraq,,just my 2 cents...yet our commitment to support Iraq will not change. good article though..

Looks like they are borrowing 10 tril dinars from the available dep of 32 tril dinars. Think they made a mistake of say 32 trill Dollars, they meant to say 32 trill Dinars. Or they just want play trick on us. Remember GOI has control over the media. I doubt it's the RV rate. I hope I am wrong..Go RV..
