REMEMBER, no one really  knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq... So, take everything with a grain of salt ...  RON 

 

 

MarkZ  Article: “After returning it for the purpose of auditing –The Iraqi Gazette addressed parliament to send budget tables”  So they are expected to release it to the papers this week …There are a lot of people who believe we will see a rate when they do that. I do have a couple contacts in Iraq that believe we will see it then. They expect it to be published Saturday in the Gazette. I hope they are accurate.
