It is getting harder and harder every year to find employees that are interested in doing a job and doing it well. They are all entitled to stand on their phones, music blaring in their earbuds instead of running the machine you hired them to run. I'm about over it, too.

YES!!!  I work for an Aerospace place that refurbished jet engines and boy...not sure I'd fly anymore after the **** I've seen. Lazy...and the list goes on.  I'm training this kid for when I go out on back surgery.  19 Vs 50...LOL plus he doesn't like a female tell him what to do.
