New sign-up error page: Site can't be reached

My wife has a VIP membership. We're trying to get her Name Reserve finalized into a full IBC. I'm trying to open up her own DV account to keep the confusion down per Julie's advice. However, I've gone through the process several times and I get the "Site Unavailable..." error page.

 

Thoughts?

It looks like her account is established. Try logging in to finish the setup on her profile.

I forgot to come back and update. A friend of mine in IT suggested I do a hard boot. It worked.

Your not the only one, the site takes forever to load pages sometimes, not all the time. Hopefully it gets address, Owner and Staff have been notify...

hopefully i will get an answer before the site locks up again.  what is the problen that causes this site to be unavailable  and when it is, it is unavailable for so long.

The site was down for a long time due to not only upgrades but also moving to a faster server. If you are on here for any time now you will notice that it functions much faster and smoother. Just one of the many issues websites have to deal with on a daily basis.

TexasGranny, being your here could you check to see why I can’t get into the IBC section of DV please?

Hi DoD - sorry to say that I do not have access to that part of the site. Just off the top, you no longer have the badge for OSI - that could mean there is a problem with your OSI/IBC permissions. Definitely an @Adam Montanaor @Julie.Mooreissue. There may be a backlog on support tickets since the site was down for so long. Try sending another one in case the first one got lost in the process of getting the site back online.
