Well General Petraeus alluded to power sharing last Sunday on TV when he spoke about the progress in Iraq. I would imagine that Allawi will be Prime Minister but Maliki might have to have some sort of position to keep him happy and out of their hair. I really don' t think Obama is just going to plan a big speech to tell us he moved our troops out...we already know that...I am hoping that he addresses how the Iraqie people are on their way to recovery and democracy and that they have formed a government..

And this source is telling you that The Iraqi gov. is already seated with Maliki as the P.M. And the RV is done and will be revealed between Aug. 31 and Sept. 15. Also, that the RV value is $1.75 to 2.25. That is just beautiful.

if you cant back it up don't post the headline as fact even in the rumor section. just a bit of advice, i can say for many we are sick of the rumor that has no fact. I am not asking for every detail or the name of your source but anyone can say it will happen just to get readers so we do need at least one peace of the pizza left in the box if you want to tell me it existed even if you have to hide the rest of the pie.

Is a rumor based in fact still a rumor? If fact, should be easy to prove. In a court of law this third person stuff is called hearsay. This being the rumor section it is usually called bovine scatology.

I do believe I said that back in April but everyone disagreed. There is still the matter of agreements that only M can fulfill. M is the PM and A is one of the presidents. From what we have came up with its probably been done for about a week or so. With them starting to allow oil drilling by other companies in September, that puts us in the timeframe that was mentioned in the rumor. As for a rate, i dont think anyone will know until it comes out. I could be wrong there, but we will see. I would love to know who your high up person is Bellas. Keep bringing the intel and thanks again. Oh i almost forgot, GO RV!!!!!!!!
