There are similarities with some of these notes with the older notes.

The 1/2 dinar note is an older 1973 note.

The others look similiar to the old notes but do not match up exactly.

These are all totally Republic of Iraq, Third Issue, 1973-1978 from the website link you provided, which is a good one

As far as the signature goes, there are 2 different signatures for the current notes. So we won't exactly know what signature is on the lower denoms, until they are issued.

Just for an added tidbit, the 73-78 notes have a bird head, not a horse.
