Indraman
Weird! Wasn't there a recent article about Japan forgiving some Iraqi? In both cases, Iraq comes out on the better side of these deals. Indy
Wiljor
Thanks Butifldrm Cuba, like the rest of the world want a piece of the action. Remember, this is business, all about risk and rewarded. Now, if Cuba is will willing to forgive/risk 70 million, the reward must be huge. Imagine what’s in it for the rest of the world, everyone knows iraq will be the powerhouse of the Middle East, we are close DV 👍 Edited April 6, 2018 by Wiljor 3

Iraq is looking at a lot of info and long standing debt that had Maliki succeeded in losing Iraq to ISIS, would have been destroyed and lost forever!
