Time has a way of showcasing the positive & the negative. Speeches are nice, sadly in this case actions show differently. Although his Great Society Programs were meant to help struggling families it is the root of our present Entitlement problem. The programs were meant to be a lifeline not a lifestyle of mooching forever.
