I'm brewing a batch of Porter Stout right now!  Craft beer...for those who don't just drink for drinkings sake...but for those who drink because they thoroughly enjoy it!!!  Still best with cheese curds though, when you can get them...just sayin' Flash!!!

Don't know if I've ever tried that? I'm fairly new to the brewing game...about ready to start my 5th batch...an Irish Stout!  My taste buds are not an IPA fan...but always open to suggestions...got any recommendations?
