This is why we shake our heads in disbelief when her supporters claim this is a "non-issue".

Listening to the 1:17 to 1:54 section of the video where Mrs. Clinton does not appear to yet be in an emotional distressed state, Mrs. Clinton doesn't sound like she is doing very well physically.  Listening to her speak, she kinda reminds me of a DWO (Death Warmed Over) convalescent waiting for the inevitable Grim Reaper visit.  So, I suspect she will avoid "hanging from a noose" one way or another.

This has been one messed up Presidential Election Cycle.  We have found the enemy and this enemy is .................... well, you know!
