The Iraq locals are saying RV 6/15 @ 3.96. I heard that date is wrong/rate is right.

Personally, I like it all...and pray it's correct & not a rumor...JMHO...!

I am in Iraq as well one of the gentlemen that works with me was at the bank today and heard nothing about the RV.

I am headed to the bank tomorrow and will see if any new gossip or not.
