Oct 1st, just like in the USA, is the start of the Iraq fiscal year.

Iraq prefers to get new ledgislation ready by the start of the fiscal.

Forget Jan. It will be next Oct 2017 at best.

If you're in this for the long term investment strategy as I am, you need not a single guru to keep abreast of the situation. Like I said before. The oil ain't going anywhere. Let's just hope that iraq doesn't go anywhere either, or we're in the hurt locker for our investment money.

I belive when it happens it will be on a quarter for financial and book purposes. I don't think it will happen on just any date.
