Oil announces the establishment of Iraq's draft Energy Center _alurbi

BAGHDAD / .. The Oil Ministry announced on the project to establish a European center of the Iraqi energy.

I like this "Another Step In The Right Direction" or ASITRD. (attempted humor there. Sorry.) This is great news, as Luthardt is a great model to model yourself after. If Iraq succeeds in establishing this Quality think tank it will establish a stellar reputation for Iraq. Imagine an  oil producing country that anticipates the need by European industries, collectively and individually, that works to fulfill those needs in a innovative way. Sounds great to me. Allows them to remain a significant player in the game. Hopefully they will develop a way to successfully circumvent Russia's strangle hold on Europe and Germany in the areas of oil and gas exports (to Europe).
