Law: Maliki rejected the assumption by the Department of Defense

BAGHDAD - ((eighth day))

Detection of a coalition of state law, Wednesday, that the former prime minister, Nuri al-Maliki, refused to assume the post of defense minister or vice president in a meeting of the bloc on Tuesday, preferring to maintain the political leadership of the State of Law coalition in the parliament. "

 

The MP for the Bloc, Ibtisam al-Hilali, said that "Nuri al-Maliki refused to take any position of a sovereign, preferring to stay deputy leader in parliament, a coalition of state law."

She said, "served as Minister of Defense needs to be a strong person can manage such a large organization," noting that "the National Alliance will abandon the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Defense is currently demanding."

Thanks YOTA (+1) .... He wants to remain the head of the SoL Block, which means wielding influence without accountability, such as a Cabinet Minister would have. JMHO...
