It is discouraging for sure.  However, Phoenix postulated last night that this might actually trigger the RV right away.  Why?  Because Iraq purposefully devalued their dinar back in 2003 with one of the primary reasons being to keep financing out of terrorists' hands.  With this massive theft, terrorists now have more financing than some small countries so this is a huge problem.  One solution would be to RV quickly but put a very short time frame for cashing in - maybe only 30 days.  Then after that, the existing currency is no longer valid.  It would be difficult for the terrorists to cash in all their stolen dinar that quickly and therefore they would not be able to use all the money they just stole.  I'm not saying this will happen for sure, but wouldn't it be nice?......  The terrorists don't get all that money and we'd finally get our RV!!

Do ya remember Kuwait had all the cereal numbers of the stolen notes that saddam stole

The bulk of the gold wouldn't be in a branch of the cbi

And the gold reserves make up only 5% of Iraqs reserves at the cbi

So not sure how much gold could of been stolen

Not sure if the cbi has the cereal numbers of any dinar that may of been stolen

And not sure if the cbi announced a robbery so no one would try to rob a bank that was just robbed of all its money and gold

In the coming days we will know for sure what happened

The preliminary reports will most likely be inaccurate sensationalized propagandized
