Issued the following law:

Disengagement Mesopotamia Printing House of the Central Bank of Iraq

 

And attached to the Ministry of Education

 

Article 1 - FAFSA link Mesopotamia Printing House of the Central Bank of Iraq and attached to the Ministry of Education in all its rights and obligations, assets and employees.

 

 

Article -2 - The decision of the Revolutionary Command Council (defunct) (2) 03/01/1996

 

Article 3 - to the Minister of Education to issue instructions to facilitate the implementation of the provisions of this law.

 

Article 4 - This law shall be from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

what i get from this is the cbi  gave control of their printing house to the ministry of education .. along with all the employess  assets and obligations ...

 

other articles ive read on this seem to be saying the ministry of education will be using this  printing house to print up papers and documents as well as all other obligations  the printing house  already had ..

 

i also read the cbi doesnt need it anymore since their  currency will be printed up by international companys like delarue

I also think that this particular law means that there is an upcoming change in Monetary Policy.

At first was inclined to think so, but after research I found it does not.  Mesopotamia Printing House of the Central Bank of Iraq was Saddams printing press he used to print all the dinar he wanted to.  This bill is to legally move the printing company under the Ministry of Education roof so to speak.  The Ministry of Education will print education materials, etc.  They probably already are printing these documents but now it is official.  

 

CBI has stated all of their currency printing is and will be referred to companies in Switzerland.
