Iraq is leaving the "seventh" success, he says, "VI" is not binding

Twilight News / counting Iraq, the UN Security Council vote unanimously to take it out of Chapter VII "victory" and "success" for diplomacy, noting that Chapter VI is not binding.

e36e6292-eb42-4097-9e70-fa423d0c4a8c_mw1He said Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari said in a press conference held in New York followed the "Twilight News" on television that the security Council vote to remove Iraq from Chapter VII "victory and success" of the country's foreign policy.

He said in response to a question about what would have on Iraq after jumping into Chapter VI "This chapter is not binding .. Iraq has become free."

I am sorry that Sarg is not here today to share the lifting of CVII santions on Iraq.  He was such a part of the team here, and hewould have saluted them as we saluted him many times.  It is also unfortunate that Sarg will not be here to see the three of you graduate from junior high school.
