I would of been very surprised to see the budget done this year...!! Now I can see a "NORMAL" Iraq just like the previous years Oh boy, now lets see what the Guru's will have to say about it... :lol:

I admit it.....I actually believed the multiple reports stating they would vote on the budget by the end of the year. My bad, and I will never believe anything these guys say ever again with the exception of when they tell me they've revalued their currency.

I Never thought the budget would be done before the end of February. IMO this is good. No RD and maybe we can see some movement in the rate.

Rate pegged at 1170 on January 17th 2009 and did not change until January 17 last year. Then we saw a rise in value to 1166, Why??

I'm not into dates much but I believe Desert Storm was started on January 17 1991. Just a thought .

This article is highly suspect, it could be nothing more than crying from

the List. And might I say that with the flood of their tears lately I suspect

we might actually see something very soon.

Also, the rate has never been in the budget, and as Adam has told us

many times, if the rate were in the budget we would not see it because

all nations have fake books. That's the one we would see.

It really makes no difference anyway.They have done a budget the last few years but it is worthless if it's not implemented.
