no new projects to solve the problem of the citizens

How in the world can this be a huge budget and yet have no new projects for the people. Does that mean there are so many projects from last year that never got off the ground, that are for the people, are budgeted for again here? How can any country pass a budget where it does not benefit the people? I must be missing something here. No wonder they are protesting in the streets.

Iraq will not improve the lives of the citizens until this freak is gone. He's so full of garbage and lies that it ain't funny or entertaining anymore. This character is dead to watch. He's has squandered the projects money by doing very little and with poor materials. He has done nothing for the citizens except take away their rations cards and create crises after crises, and then has the nerve to blame the opposition.

Geez, he needs to quietly go away. I don't care how. Just go away and never return or ever let us even hear his name. Trying to blame the opposition on continuous poverty past and future so he can get his hands on the budget to pay for more death squads. Simply amazing. It's obvious that he is losing support and they see what he really is, and the only one who does not recognize this is the PM himself. What a delusional idiot!

No guys, it's not over. This is just his way of saying he needs more money and the budget is where he will take it. I ain't worried about RV I am worried he will again squander all the funds of the people. He's been sitting down on the job. They have to get all their economics together. Commerce, tarrifs, agriculture etc etc. This oil money they are using belongs to the citizens. So since he and his ministers have done nothing to build they will continue to take the oil money.
