Whatever the outcome "We the People" have a RIGHT to be heard.

I am in agreement with your assesment of the green vs. red especially if an opinion given is ment more to sway by suggesting I'm an "AmeriKan" (according to a follow up post) if I wish Obama's evidence to be challenged legally.

Certainly so if it suggests I should not test anything offered as proof two and a half years after the initial question of this "certificate" came into question. If Obama is legit, let the burden of evidence bear witness. I will note, in my opinion, that if Obama had clear evidence in his possession all this time, it was his responsibility to not belittle the concerns of a growing number of "Americans" but to bear proof immediately...not two and a half years later...reassuring that we had no need for those concerns. I do not know if there is truth to the allegations. I do know that if I were in possesion of proof to clear my own name, I would not hesitate to offer that proof in my defense immediately.

Succinctly summerized: Obama should have been forthcoming with his birth certificate at the onset of the allegations if for no other reason than to satisfy a citizen concern.

Obama should have been impeached a long time ago, but the politicians are in fear of the race card, or they have been threatened, blackmailed, bribed, or something don't seem right. This Obama seems to be above the rule of law because Holder is snowballing everything that could investigate this want to be dictator. He must go, and go now, because Americans do not want a communist, or socialist nation. The Sheriff is the head law officer of his county, and he is over the Federal Law in his county, so next time Obama enters one of these counties the sheriff should send his swat teams, and deputies against those thug secret service and arrest this criminal. The secret service would not have a chance against the sheriff, and deputies. I feel unless they remove Obama, there is going to be a war within America, and it's not going to be good.

They allowed him to be there. This puts them in bed with him. They know what we unravel about him has been at their fingertips all this time. They have used this to their own advantage and now it is blowing up in their faces. America needs this opened up and for all to see. The media and the officials that have covered this should all be tried for treason if we find what I believe we will find. I believe now though they have made so many fake trails to follow that it has taken a while to unravel and find the right one. I feel as though this has been done now and we will watch as the military is asked to become a part of the diabolical scheme of these people to control America. They want our country and our homes and our developments. They want to kill the populace and bring in their loyal citizens. They cannot do this without our military. We need our military to get balls and arrest these people on the grounds of destruction of our constution and freedoms that the military has sworn to uphold. They are already trying to make a spin on that oath and are using men who won't bow as guinea pigs. Somebody better do the right thing before it becomes a full blown war. America does not want these men in politics anymore. We want a new government and a repealing of all the laws that have destroyed our freedoms. The people of the USA are speaking and a lot of different folks are making decisions. If not Ron Paul then let the people nominate leaders. Impeach this administration. Our nation is in need and the ones who have sworn to protect us need to step up to the plate.

Well said. You sir have a very perseptive idea. I would only imply that the military will be of no use to the tyrants. I am thinking that the evil doers will bring in the UN forces that have already disarmed their own country. That would be the only ones that would bow to the tyrants with out asking any questions.
