A $25 phone card would cost us retailers $17.50 a $10 card $7.50 etc.. 68 cents for a large prepaid card wouldn’t make it worth the carriers time and those denominations (5, 15 & 100) are close to the denominations sold in the US ( 10, 25, 50 & 100). If we ASSUME Iraqis communicate the same amount as Americans then it makes sense to me that their currency will be worth roughly what the usd is worth. Just a thought i had🤷
