I was On Dukascopy (A Swiss Currency site) a few times today. This morning it showed the Usual 1 million IQD = $855.00 USD. Now It is Showing 1 million IQD = $849.00 USA. Thats a Big Drop to me. Whats going on? I Ordered it on Wed.morning & had it in my hand by Friday afternoon. 2 days !!!! Came complete with written authentication. They are Registered with the US Treasury Dept.
