  1. There`s nothing I can say that hasnt already been said in the previous post in this topic. but I like the sound of listing to myself talk(at least thats what mrs dog says) We are not bad guys Umbert because we cling to our guns and our bibles. You would never no I was carrying a gun . I would just be that guy in line at the grocery store buying milk , bread and eggs. I am responsible for my guns and with my guns. I teach my kids grandkids the same and if I live long enough I will teach my great grandkids. They are not running a muck carjacking and robbing stores . There is no such thing as common sense GUN LAWS. There`s such a thing as common sense handling of firearms but there`s no law that will ever be written that will keep a BAD man from doing BAD things. Period.
  2. I sure hope I used a condom I wouldnt want to catch a liberal foot -in-mouth disease.
  3. This was written in 2014. I guess the subject is still a matter of opinion. Kinda like the earth is flat. Fifty years later: What have we learned from the 1964 Kitty Genovese tragedy? What is the moral legacy of the Catherine "Kitty" Genovese murder, 50 years later? It was back on March 13, 1964 at 3 am that petite 28-year-old Kitty repeatedly screamed for her life when she was brutally attacked on her way home, but none of the reported 38 neighbors who heard Kitty's screams so much as phoned the police, as the psychopath brutally sliced Kitty to death in two attacks over an excruciating half-hour. The neighbors' inaction was so inexplicable that New York Times Editor A.M. Rosenthal was moved to write his classic book, Thirty-eight Witnesses, which transformed Kitty's tragedy from an unreported incident to a front-page headline around the world—that still impacts our society a half-century later. In his book, Rosenthal asked a series of behavioral scientists to explain why people do or do not help a victim and, sadly, he found none could offer an evidence-based answer. How ironic that this same question was answered separately by a non-scientist. When the killer was apprehended, and Chief of Detectives Albert Seedman asked him how he dared to attack a woman in front of so many witnesses, the psychopath calmly replied, "I knew they wouldn't do anything, people never do" (Seedman & Hellman, 1974, p. 100). Though Ms. Genovese surely felt horribly alone and unheard that final night, it is hard to overestimate the immense and diverse impacts her unanswered cries have had on western society: the national 9-1-1 phone system, victim services, rape prevention, community self-help groups, Guardian Angels, Good Samaritan and duty-to-aid legislation, anti-stalking programs and, of course, new research in the behavioral sciences. Thanks to Thirty-eight witnesses, Kitty's tragedy is now part of our popular culture, as even those not yet born in 1964 know of the "38 witnesses" and the "Kitty Genovese syndrome." Any social psychology textbook is incomplete if it omits the "bystander effect" and the Genovese tragedy.
  4. My favorite lie was How her and bill was so broke after leaving the white house. Give me a break
  5. hahahhahahah No its a circus dude. Really its not a mind set. There`s pot heads laying on every corner of denver . Not wanting to work just laying there and smoking pot all day Thats reality
  6. You have nothing but my respect Davis. If your running a tight ship thats a beautiful thing. I also know personally 3 other individuals that also have the same attitude and maintain a close eye as to who they prescribe too . If cannibus can make a person feel better who`s sick . Hey im all for that . Not a problem.
  7. I made no judgement on it one way or the other. But I can tell you the licencing program is a joke. Right now I know about 30 kids 17 to 30 years old who have a licence . There`s not a thing wrong with them. Its just that easy to get one. So If your cashing in on the new norm. Thats cool davis I got no problem with that. As a matter of fact I wish you good fortune in your en devour. I love free enterprise. But please lets keep it real ok.
  8. That is so the truth !!!!! They are untouchable Hillarious will not spend a day in jail or pay any monetary fine. Perhaps will even become president. It all depends on the true power s that be.
  9. I am not against it but I am also not for it.Why like everything else it will be abused. Used in moderation (like almost everything) I see its benefits. But I have lived long enough to also see its ugly side. Just turn on the tv and watch the freak show coming out of Colorado. When you make pot smoking(especially now a days pot ) your life`s work you have a problem. I have seen the stoners sit all day and do nothing else. It makes you lazy. It takes away your drive to succeed in anything when abused. and who abuses it the most? The youth thats who. and as far as a gateway drug. Well of course it is. It was for me and everyone in my youth that I knew. You smoked pot loved it and so you tried the next thing. Thats not BS Thats truth. It all boils down to can they properly regulate it . They havent done that well with booze have they. So I guess like everything else we will have to wait to see if this pans out. But as far as the de-crimilazation of it. A big hell yes. They are wasting precious space in prisons over pot dealers when armed hooligans could fill the space.
  10. You would have to be pretty stupid not to realize that there is difference between small town rural america and the big apple. Cruz was just stating the obvious. Yes their morals are different. and yes after 911 they went back to not looking at one another as they walk by the thousands down the street. When I think of new York I have a memory from the past that never fails to come to mind. That of a women being stabbed to death pleading for help as people walk by , lots of them and not even looking her way.
  11. Naw man that wont really work for me sorry 1 play 1 pay Let me know if the rest of you agree with flash if so im out.
  12. Thanks for the article Mule This confirms what I have known since the 80`s Their all in this together . We should have reacted years ago when there would have been a chance. I am truly ashamed that I will leave my kids and grandkids a nation so broken . The powers that be in Washington is riddled with corruption and deceit. They have dummied down are children to the point most would be useless in a armed conflict. They have given handouts to the takers to the point its the only way they know how to live. They have destroyed the manufacturing and handed over our jobs to other countries . They have condoned the wholesale slaughter and sales of unborn children and somehow convinced half the population that this is somehow a moral act. They have regulated the air we breath and the water we drink. They illegally taken the children of the western plains Indian and will eventually do the same to the whites. All these thing were done and allowed by BOTH party's . I wish that I was young again. I wish that I was a great speaker and could rally enough souls to do what needs to be done. Until the first shots are fired just like our forefathers had to do We are doomed to live under the yoke of this tyranny
  13. This is the way I see it. As long as the winner is willing to split the prize as he promised to do. How this is going to be handled is up to the ticket holder. The ticket holder makes the rules as to how everyone is going to get paid. As long as everyone does get paid I see no problem with this method. If a DV member is somehow not healthy enough to make the trip to collect their money they can send a delegate to pick it up. The only thing I see is how does one handle the taxes on something like this. Im sure Adam would have a idea as to how the taxes should be handled.
  14. Oh Me Oh my As I sit here darning the holes in my socks.
  15. The only REAL allies on that side of the world and we are supposed to hate their guts. Yeah right
  16. Even if the .308 was rimed there`s a difference in head space between the two which would make it unsafe to fire. Its never a good idea to cross cartridges when it comes to firearms unless it is stated right in the owners manual. .
  17. 2 , 7 , 10 , 41 , 45 , PB 24 New socks on the way baby !!!!!
  18. Hmmm how does one go about compromising ones integrity, honesty, moral obligations, freedoms, self worth, independence , I pray to my god Jesus and the Great spirit that I never find out.
  19. Naw dont ever try it man. the .308 generates to much pressure for that rifle. It will blow up right in your face. Truth
  20. Im in and I swear on the souls of my ancestors if I hit I will pay each and every one of you on this post. so far I count 11
