i wish i could be of help but no one here have any slightest idea what the rate would be. We are still trying to figure out (/guess) what is the most likely rate based on the news/info that we can gather in here. Peace

we all know who okie is.......but many still want to read his post (for whatever reason). Read if you like..then move on. We dont have to go down to his level just to bash him. I'm not defending him...no, not me, but i can live with okie around. And i dont have to believe him at all.

we all have put in a lot of theories/logics 'predicting and expecting' how Iraq would and should be responding to these whole affairs. Most of time...Iraq just walk the other way. They have a lot of things up on their sleeves...that we know nothing off. So whether RV is going to be 0.1 or 0.3 or .86 or 3.00 and how it's going to affect them politically, economically...... your reasoning and logic is as good as any one. Iraq will suprise us all. JMO.

put everything else on hold and buy silver. 12 month down the road that 10mil. would become 20mil.....then i would buy whatever i put on hold earlier on. The last 6 months....the price of silver has been unbelievable.
