I completely agree. I believe that the UN would have never released them from CH7 if they did not have an agreement on the RV. It's clear that many countries have a vested interest in Iraq given the 80% debt forgiveness and the many companies setting up shop. The UN security council meets every 4 months. Why release them in June if they weren't in agreement. The UN always had an excuse not too before. The hardest thing to do is to let go how we think, it simply does not apply to them. Let's face it, we only know what they allow us to know. Never will we see the whole picture. Patience takes practice and in the end we will all be masters of it.

With all the talk about deleting the zeros and the belief that it is applied to .00086 to .86 which when converted to USD equals $1.16. I began to think back when Shab's was still in control, they moved the rate from 1170 to 1166. Could it be that this was the step that Shab's was taking to bring about a 1 to 1 RV? Now I am no expert on electronic banking systems but being that .86 divided into 1 = $1.16 and moving the decimal point 1160 to 1.166 does seem to be more than a coincidence. Just an observation.

Example the Euro is currently .75 which in dollars is $1.338. It is the conversion rate which is divided into 1 to get the value in USD. Now this makes sense if they want their people to use the Dinar instead of the Dollar.
