I think one of the factors to the back and forth nature of Iraqs government is they are trying to get something (I know not) out of the powers that be(ptb), knowing that they are messen with them (ptb) thus draging this out for as long as they can to get what they want. just say n If I had a million dollars worth of dinars at 5% intrest every year I would receive only 50,000.00 before taxes. An RV at 1=1 the one million USD worth of Dinars is a value of about 1 billion, so the big picture is $ 1,200.00 USD invested can bring in a aaaaa cool $ 1,000,000.00 that is why we wait for it !

In all rumors there is a bit of truth, that is why they seam believeable. I've said it before and I'm say n it again, the IMF and UN have a time frame for when the RV's are announced, I feel from all that I have read in news or rumors is all good. The odds are in all of our favor for an RV this year by the third week of March or around the 17th of march, 17th of January a date that China RVed - January 3rd when a few others RVed, so I say look to the 3rd and 17th this month or March for the RV to happen. If it does not happen by then, it wont happen untill 2012. Just feellings thats all

I agree that it has been very entertaining, until Feburary, however the rumor about the Dinar rate at the airport was good ! JUst to spice it up a little.....the IMF or UN have a pattern of sorites when releasing international RV's. This year there were about 7 new RV's and they were released on or about the 3rd and on or about 17th of January, so from the info found mostly here on DV I do beleive that the budget is the key even more so than the forming of the government, then there is EGO of the Easterners and their pride within the Araab nations. They want to go to their meating soon with a good RV amount to save face. After the budget is done the RV will happen with in two weeks or on the IMF or UN schudule the 3rd or 17th.

TIC TOC time is going so slow waiting and wanting the RV to happen. Well with all that I have seen here at DV I can say that the time is here, just as soon as the budget (written in billions not trillions with Rv in mind) is passed and maybe the remaining seats filled - (if really nessary), we will get an RV by March 27th 2011. Re-Hash, well with all the RV talk, I'd say that the Iraq government would use RV numbers in the new budget with a pending RV soon to happen. If the budget were to to be done in trillions instead of billions that would mean RV next year in 2012. ? JUST SAY N
