Thank you Carrello! What I don't really understand, is why the heck does he have to be physically in the country?? They do have these handy dandy little electronic devices called, the telephone or cell phone! I don't think sitting, and looking Maliki in the eye, really means much to Maliki. He is a very good liar, and has absolutely no problem lying to your face, so it shouldn't matter much that he is on the phone. JMHO, but using the excuse that Talabani is not in the country to help make a decision, is kind another example of procrastination. I am sure that Iraq is in position to exit Chapter 7, but I am concerned about the recent situation, Iran & Syria. Iraq will need to be clear of this situation to get out. The Chapter 7 IMHO, at this point, is the only strings the UN has to control Iraq, and keep them out of Iran & Syria. The UN needs to keep pressure on Maliki & friends, or we will be back for round two, and neither party wants that! Maliki has got to understand he will be in violation of the UN, if he doesn't stay out of Iran & Syria, which means, no military toys, he doesn't get all his funds around the world back, and no RV! Be smart Maliki! Go RV!!!

Hey Ovar....someone negged ya, but I got you even. I think with all the good news lately, everyone is really hyped, but no reason to neg someone who is trying to add to our forum. I personally appreciate whatever you want to bring to us. Heck, with all the guru's telling us it is done, or money was misprinted, their cashing out in some part of the country or world, screens are blue-green-yellow-purple or whatever, and someone thought they should neg you for saying it isn't happening until after this year???? With the elections not too far down the road, it probably would be a great idea for the government to start getting their ducks lined up, and get some support from the people. What better way, than to increase their wealth! Maliki is in a perfect position to do this for the people, and do you really think a smart guy like Maliki is going to miss this opportunity? I think, what my Dinar brother Easy is saying, is that they have a budget that they publish for the world to see, but the one that they don't want us to see "at this point" is the one that they are really working at. Think about it....they are going to have the most massive increase in value, in history. Would you want to telegraph to the whole world what it is, and when it will be, so all the speculators will run out and buy, everything they can get there hands on? I don't think so. So, I guess, what Easy is saying nicely, is don't believe everything you read from Iraq. They are the most ruthless, untrust worthy, and manipulative people, I think the world has ever seen! I like your attitude also, my dinar brother. Got some great minds here, and I think with everyone's hard work, we can at least get glimpses inside the Iraqi mindset, and maybe figure out where they are heading. Hope they are heading towards the big RV!!! Go RV!!!

Backing the dinar with their oil, gold, and natural gas, has always been my stance on the revalue of the dinar. This would be, in my mind a very simple start, to back their own currency. IMHO, there are lots of other markets that they could cover also. With their new found wealth, they could creat solar energy plants, and sell off power. They could creat wind power plants, and gosh, with all that sand....maybe plants making glass?? That last one, was just a thought, but they do have a lot of sand! Anyway, intially, I think Iraq is in a good postion, to come out with a minimum $1.16 - $1.20, without too much concern. I know sometimes things look kind of gloomy, but in actuality, things are very bright, and we will see this come to an end, sometime in the near future....didn't want to use "soon"! Stay postive!! Since 2010, Iraq has made numerous announcements, as to what they are going to do. Some have said, both denominations will coexist with each other, some have said they are not going to delete zero's, etc. Due to the conflicting articles, no one really knows. So, while I respect your opinion, and contribution to our forum, I really do not believe in the lop theory. Go RV!!!
