    But if they de-dollarized, how are they paying for this. It costs any airline money to fly into airports, landing, refueling etc... I just don't get how are they paying for it. They have to still be using the dollar because their currency isn't recognized.....

    OK, IF Iraq has ordered a de-dollarization and since the dinar is not international, what are they using for currency with other countries. I mean, I am sure they paid everything out of country with the dollar and if they are de-dollarizing, what are they using?? Are neighboring countries accepting the dinar as a fiat currency even though it is not internationally recognized? What am I missing????

    @caddiemanI agree 100%. We are almost there. It is time to take a long look at the budget and really see where to put on the brakes. I know many will not agree with me but it's time for the US to stop meddling with the world and pull all military back home. Let the world sort out their own problems and let us deal with ours. The very idea of the US borrowing money just to give it to another country. Pure insanity. Let other countries deal with their own. Close the borders of the US and start immediate deportation of all illegals. You want in....come in the right way. Stop all the giveaways.

    which really brings the question. Invest in what? Nothing is safe. Nothing is stable. The stock market, as we AMC investors have seen, is corrupt. Real Estate is a gamble and honestly, I don't want to be a landlord. Commercial Real Estate is a big gamble right now. Gold maybe, just not much of a return. Just a good economic fallback. HMMMMM....what to do........ Well, had this happened way back 12-14 years ago, I would have probably been stupid and bought stuff. But the older I get, I realize I don't need nor want stuff. Just travel and see the world. If it's not nuked first.....
