If it is true that NOBAMA has something to to with the hold up, and it is about taxes then all he is doing is pissing people off and if the taxes are raised JUST for this then you will find a lot of people that cash in just enought to get them overseas and cash in the rest. NOT saying that I would do something like that if this were the case...

you can only travel with $9,999 US or equivalent. If you have more and do not declare it and then find it you will pay the taxes and the FINE and most likely end up with nothing.

If they were to change the law then dinar holders would FIND a way to cash in. There would be be nothing stopping someone from getting their money. All this is doing is making people think of how to get their money overseas. You have to ask yourself - if holding 1M IQD and a rate of 1 to 1 - am I going to go get my $1 Million USD or say "well they changed the law and I lose out"...I think not....I will get my cash in when it happens...I would prefer it in USD but Canadian Dollars, Euros, or Pounds are fine with me.

what rate are you not happy with? when I got in this 1 1/1 years ago I was hoping for .50 cents and then all the $3, $5, and $8 came out. I would still be happy with $500,000 on my $1000 investment. 500k can go a long way these days.
