The head of the former Iraqi media network Abdul Karim al-Sudani, the former head of the network, Abdul-Jabbar al-Shaboot, a grant from former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, a large grant for dramatic work.

way from 20 billion. Do you think some money was side-tracked ??
